            Solar Power Battery recently upgraded with used Liberty 1000 aHr Gel-Cell .... donated by CalFire
            Functions as Stand-Alone repeater with Input sensitivity  problem
            Linking upgrade to 146.79 MHz site being added in steps.
   
         Packet Repeater 145.05 MHz  - Pratt Mtn Site
             Dis-Functional TNC  - W6HUM Node being tested - PacCom Tiny Two unit

      March 23, 2011 - Tsunami Warning Drill - Club members tested links on HF & VHF 
                                      in Humboldt & Mendocino Counties.
 
      March 2011 - Saw Mill Road location - Update repeater equipment installed
 
      Repeater "Phone Patch" bill is now an economical  "LifeLine" account.
      Ken Reynoldson  KE6WA and Gary W. k6jxm  are on the Verizon bill  at the present time.
 
      SHARC Member John KI6DGX & others have hosted numerous "SHARC Reports" on KMUD 
 
     Reminder: Every Monday 7 pm SHARC Net - 146.79 MHz    ( backup repeater 147.33 MHz )
 
New News:
      April 16, 2011 - Technician License Class at 9am, CalFire station on Alderpoint Rd.
                                   Second class & testing  on April 23rd or 30th
 
      April 20, 2011 - Cascadia Earthquake OES Pre-planning meeting in Eureka
 
     May 1, 2011 - Avenue of the Giants Marathon - SHARC members needed, contact Eddy KG6RHL
 
     Gary K6JXM has a number of new/used Duplexers with a 70cm "GE Master II" repeater .
     Plans to install at Saw Mill Rd site.  About 9 club members have UHF capability.

     June 25 & 26,  - " Field Day 2011 " - Nation wide HAM event

     August 2011 - Shelter Cove - Lighthouse to Lighthouse radio contact event
